This was written by Dave Richardson of the Boys of the Lough, so presumably we would have to get permission to record. A pain in the petusche, but it really is a wonderful tune.

Composed in 1994 by Dave Richardson (Edinburgh, Scotland) of the Boys of the Lough, based on a favorite carol remembered from his youth, "In the Bleak Midwinter." Matthiesen (The Waltz Book II), 1995; pg. 38.
